With 30 years of culinary experience across India, Singapore and Sydney, Star Chettinad’s Chef & Owner brings a wealth of knowledge in traditional Indian cooking, aromatic spices and the distinctive flavours of the Chettinad region.
Having helped establish and run some of Sydney’s well-known Indian restaurants, he now brings his experience and passion to Star Chettinad, where authentic South Indian flavours, quality and warm hospitality are at the heart of every dish.
